We are seeking an Outgoing Customer Service Advisor for a large facilities management company based at a high security site in Westminster, London. You will be working as part of the front of house team, duties will include logging calls on to the helpdesk system, covering reception, greeting visitors and employees on arrival, allocating business suits and conference rooms for meeting. You should have previous reception experience and knowledge of Concept helpdesk system would be an advantage. In return the company will offer training and good company benefits.
